Feminine politics is a cosmopolitan topic as well as one of the important political problems in face of China. Marxist sutra authors also paid attention to women's problems and presented a special topic about it. It played a great role in guiding reality. However, in different countries, there exist many different problems: because of different cultural background and ideology, feminine politics shows various features in many eastern and western countries. In China, influenced by sexual inequality in feudalistic culture, sexual discrimination is more serious. There are so many obstacles and limitations in realizing sexual equality in politics. After liberation, despite many momentous measures to realize sexual equality and tremendous change in women's liberation and equality, it is difficult to realize sexual equality in real life. These restrictions include ideology, cultural concept from social big environments and traditional customs & personal consciousness in private environments and it embodies women's participation in and being in charge of government and political affairs. A typical case is the female deputy in politics. This essay analyzed and discussed the phenomenon from the following aspects.First, it addressed the function and meaning of feminine politics based on theory and practice.Second, it addressed the historic evolvement and the function in promoting society based on history and reality.Third, based on theory and practice it addressed that Marxism ideas on women played a guiding role on feminine politics in China, and it also looked back to the course of feminine politics. Moreover, it pointed out the achievements obtained by Chinese women in participating in and being in power.Fourth, it explained the actuality and reason for female deputy officials and marginal rights illustrated by examples.Finally, based on the above, this essay presented a serious of principles in promoting the position and function of sorority, changing the people's feudalistic ideas and cultural consciousness, adhering to the principle of coequality priority, improving the policy of promoting and appointing female cadres, enforcing female cadres'self-improvement and self-conscious participating in and being in charging of politics, etc. the essay is aimed at improving the strategies and measures of feminine politics.In a word, guided by Marxism, based on related theories, referring to existing achievements, connected with the reality in China, this essay proved the great significance and function of feminine politics in China, looked back to the history of feminine politics, compared it with foreign countries, especially analyzed the case and reasons for female deputy politics, and more importantly, it provided the strategies and measures to improve feminine politics in China.
