Harmonious Society, Minority Rights Protection And Its Implementation

Harmony is a descriptive conception of social development state, which manifests the critique on realistic society and expects on aims of future society, now our country is coming into the new period of good living standard society construction, harmony is the strongest sound of the times. But there are two tunes of harmony and disharmony in the process of Construct the Harmonious Society, and the lack of the protection of minority rights is a main disharmony. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and realistic significance for the Construction of the Harmonious Society bases to solve the problem of minority rights. The major analysis of this paper and solicitude solve the protection of minority rights.The paper first put forward the concept of minority and minority rights. On the base of this, the paper analyze the theory basis of the protection of minority rights-theory of human rights and equality theory, made clear the meaning and the position of the solution of minority rights in the construction of our socialist harmonious social process, at last the paper put forward some measures to resolve the minority rights.In sum , In order to increase the social fairness and promote the social stabilization, we must solve the minority groups question practically. If so, the whole society will take on the harmonious and vigorous situation.
