Research On The Protection Of Minority Rights

The situation of ignored of minority rights have been changed essencely. This neglect firstly cause the unclearly definition of minority from the vulnerable groups. Vulnerable groups are the economic disadvantage on the subject in economic transition. As a minority group that he is not only economically disadvantaged, also are the subordinate position in the political, cultural, and social life of long-term, are the product of the conflict between social diversity and concept of human diversity. In addition, we note that there is a progressive relationship between a few people and vulnerable groups,. The small number of people who, along with social development and change people's attitudes will gradually enter the vulnerable groups category. Because of the further development, after entering the vulnerable groups they will finally realize their dominant position, which is the process of social progress.
