Express delivery service which developed in U.S.A., is the outcome of the market economy. It has been existing in China for about a score. The international part of the Chinese express service market has been taken by several international express companies. Meanwhile, private Chinese express companies are trying to survive in the internal market, together with the governmental express services engaging in the international and internal market. On the other hand , the conflict between the carrier, the sender and addressee is highlighted because of the lack of the laws and regulations related.This thesis, based on the theory of the express service contract and the actuality of the express service, discusses the title and obligation of the express carrier , the sender , the addresser and other problems related through analyzing the content of the express service contract. It also makes some suggestions to the law system related to the express service contract so as to help the object properly develop. Chapter 1 mainly introduces the definition and characteristic of the express service and its contract, and expatiates the character, sort and main form of the express service contract.Based on the analyzing of the first chapter, Chapter 2 makes a comprehensive analysis of the structure of the express service contract according to the form of the express service contract.Chapter 3 proposes to perfect the express service contract from the view point of the legislation system and its content after expatiating the format of the express service contract and the parties obligation.
