Study On China's Judicial Expertise System

Judicial authentication is an important lawsuit system, is one of the most important elements of judicial reform. The conclusion of judicial authentication, as one of lawful evidence, has essential influence on the trying of various cases. Therefore, it's extremely important to have research on judicial authentication.There exist many problems in actuality of the present forensic science system in our country, The criminal justice system is an important part of the judicial system and plays an important role in criminal procedure. The paper is mainly based on criminal judicial authentication, and explains the current reform of judicial authentication in China. The first part analyses fundamental theory. Clarifies notion , property and character, academic basement and the conclusion of judicial authentication ,general statement of the judicial authentication system. Second analyses the judicial authentication of several typical countries, which belongs to either continental lam system or Anglo-American law system, comparative research. Third sets forth deeply analyses of the characters and existing problem in the practice of judicial authentication. The forth puts forward the future prospects of aim and basic plans of judicial authentication reform in China.
