Party's 16 sessions of four CCP plenary conferences proposed "constructing the socialism harmonious society", under this macroscopic background, raising the agricultural laborer's citizen consciousness and the attention to general agriculture laborer's legitimate rights and interests appears especially urgent, because it is the main point of constructing the socialism harmonious society. This article taking the Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, "three represents" as the important thought discusses the connotation constitution of the citizen realizes and analyzes the value of prominent research. Meanwhile, the article analyzes the present situation, offers the investigation which shows the present agriculture laborer's citizen consciousness and gives several attempts suggestions.Citizen consciousness is referring: the main body of modern social life must own, under the certain value instruction which adapts to the modern society, the understanding and the manner whose inessential is unification of right consciousness and voluntary consciousness. The different time can entrust the different connotation with the citizen consciousness. The modern citizen realizes should include: the country realizes, the precondition of the citizen consciousness; the main body consciousness, the basic shape of citizen consciousness; the right and the voluntary consciousness, the core content of citizen consciousness; moral consciousness and the law consciousness, the two pivots of civic education; the world citizen realizes, the global vision of civic education.In the modern society, the cultivation of farmer laborer's citizen realizes has important practical significance.
