Generally, it will be dealt with in three parts:Part one: Concepts of culture and legal culture. This part deals with three questions. The first is about the development of culture with its origin and its classical concepts in the West and some opinions in the study of Chinese scholars. Secondly, the legal culture is discussed from various aspects. And the third is about the significance of such study.Part two: the general development of legal culture. This part introduces the development of legal culture at home as far as abroad. As for abroad ,it mainly focuses on the achievements in the States,the USSR and Japan. As for that in china, it is analyzed from two different ways and three different periods.Part three: the reconstruction of the concept of legal culture. This part is consisted of three questions. The first is about the legality of legal culture. by theanalyses to the question--whether culture can be added with attributive word, andthen comes to the conclusion that such concept is of legality. The second is about the study of legal culture on the base of methodological and objective explanation. The third and the last is about the concept of legal culture itself.
