Communist Party Of China, The Legality Of The Consolidation Of The Political Culture

Since the 16th CPC national congress , the issues of reinforcement and improvement the new situation of the partys ruling ability construction has been forwarded gradually by the Party. The Chinese Communist Party ruling legitimacy gradually has been become the focus in domestic theoretical academia. The Chinese Communist Partys ruling legitimacy was analyzed by domestic scholars from political legality , performance optimization,Institutionalization and history facts,which are of great value and significance. This thesis is committed to study the issue of the ruling legitimacy consolidation of Chinese Communist Party in the view of the political culture,which is based on the combination the western legitimacy theory with Chinas specific national conditions. Furthermore,the Proposition of the relationship in the political culture and the partys ruling legitimacy consolidation is put forward,and further it makes clearly that the great influence of the political culture relationship on the Party's ruling legitimacy.The thesis is composed of six parts:the legitimacy of the solid theoretical methods are proposed in the first chapter base of the most influential consolidation the theories of legitimacy since modern time; In the second chapter,as a role of nexus, the close relationship between the political culture and the legitimacy consolidation is analyzed mainly from the meaning and the property of the political culture,on the ground of that we put forward the three levels of governing body culture , system culture , performance culture , which are respectively studied with the related theories of the consolidation of the communist party of China ruling legitimacy in more detail in the following three chapters,namely chapter 3,chapter 4 and chapter5. With one word,we focus closely on the topic of the political culture and the Chinese Communists legitimacy consolidation through the whole thesis , and emphasize the theoretical significance and the realistic concern that culture affects consolidation the legitimacy.
