officers-supervising rule is discussed based on《Bamboo Slips of the Western Han Dynasty from Zhangjiashan——Two year statutes》2001edition,which was unearthed on 1983.And officers-supervising rules in Qin dynasty, Han dynasty and Tang dynasty are presented basically by comparing《Bamboo Slips of the Western Han Dynasty from Zhangjiashan——Two year statutes》with《Bamboo Slips of the Qin Dynasty from Shuihudi》and《The Commentary of Criminal Law of Tang Dynasty》.The following is the structure of the article: In Chapter 1., officers of criminal; In Chapter 2., officer of checking-up system In Chapter 3., officer of duty In Chapter 4., officer of privilege and welfareMentioning officers-supervising, we often think out officers of criminal, which is the negative rules by law. In fact, the"should"rules and officer of duty, officer of privilege and welfare is also taken in. The difference between them is that the former is supervising the officer by forcing rules and the latter is guiding the officers psychologically by the distinguished ranks. Finally, the feature of《Bamboo Slips of the Western Han Dynasty from Zhangjiashan——Two year statutes》and the deficiency of the officers-supervising rule in officers-supervising rule are raised by the analysis of the article; the relationship between officers-supervising rule at the early period of Han dynasty and in Qin dynasty and Tang dynasty is discussed by comparing《Bamboo Slips of the Qin Dynasty from Shuihudi》and《The Commentary of Criminal Law of Tang Dynasty》.
