Chinese security market has got enormous attracting worldwide attention over ten years of development, however, security market of our country has been in the junior stage of development, having a lot of problems, which reveal a variety of maladies and defects in the security market supervision system of our country. By studying the law problems of security supervision, the paper summarizes the rationale of the security supervision; on the basis of the comparative analysis of security supervision system of the main oversea countries with ours, combining the current situation of the security supervision of our country, the paper analyzes the security supervision system on the entirety systematically, and brings forward suggestions to reforming and perfecting the security supervision system of our country. The paper includes four parts as follows:The first chapter is about the rationale of security supervision. This part includes the summary depiction of the concept, the main patterns and targets of security supervision, which helps to establish a basis for the following construction of security market supervision system.The second chapter is about the survey of security market supervision legal systems of main west developed countries and the enlightenment to our country. With comparison method, this part makes a survey of the concentration-oriented pattern of the USA, the autonomy-oriented pattern of the UK, and the middle course pattern of the Germany, analyses the merits and deficiencies of those countries' security supervision patterns in details, and then sums up these beneficial experiences as to be used by our country.The third chapter is about the analyses of the status in quo of the legal system of our country. This part discusses the historical evolution of the legal system of the security supervision of our country, and analyzes the existing defects and their corresponding reasons.The forth chapter is about how to perfect the legal system of our country' s security market supervision. On the basis of the discussion of the above three chapters, this chapter suggests that we should perfect our security supervision system from the following five aspects: to definite the security supervision organization, to bring into full play the autonomy supervision function, to put more punch into the law enforcement of security supervision, to perfect security information disclosure system and to build the supervision constraint mechanism.
