Although our information industry just at the beginning stage, the dispute of database has already taken place repeatedly, in our country nowadays the demand of judicial fulfillment puts forward a challenge to the database to protect law resources.According to this, on the basic of the more analytical and existing database law protection mode (copyright law protection, anti- falsely be competition method to protect, technique measure protection, database special right protection), I elaborated to establish a kind of new law system----the necessity and rationality of The Rights of Database, and put forward my own opinion to setting our country's law system of the protection of the database in the future.
