So more and more people become to concern the protection of it .However, it still exists some legal difficulties in protecting it in our country , such as the legislation vacancy , difficulty of the roof investigation , the value which is unable to fixed . On the situation of that our country' s legislation respectively lagged , we can reference of other countrys' and areas' relevant laws , and amend the relevant provisions in the civil law and penalty law of our country, or made special virtual property law to protect the virtual property.Generally ,we must complete the legislation to protect the network virtual property for the healthy development of the network game industry. If we speed up the legislation , strengthen the protection to the virtual property , we will promote the quick development of our country' s network game ,which will be a new economical growth point.
