Marriage and family are still the basic forms of society and are one of the most important society unit forms. Proper regulation of marriage and family not only is good to the families, but also prompt society's development harmoniously.As a result of history ,traditional culture and so on ,Chinese family law has drawbacks to the time and other countries, especially in the protection of female's equal rights and benefits of marriage and family. The thesis focus on showing and analyzing problems of the protection of female's equal rights and benefits from the view of history, gender, possession of society resources, and gives solutions to the problems.The thesis has three parts mainly. Chapter one shows the situation of Chinese female's rights and benefits of marriage and family. Chapter two focuses on showing and analyzing problems of the protection of female's equal rights and benefits of marriage and family from the view of history, gender, possession of society resources. Chapter three gives solutions to the problems.
