Research On The Problem Of Women's Rights And Interests Protection In Marriage And Family In Zhuanghe

In recent yesrs,the cause of women's rights and interests in our country have achieved remarkable results,with the construction of a harmonious socialist society,the rights and interests of women in marriage and family problem get more and more attention of people.Because our countryis still in the primary stage of socialism,the traditional marriage and family is still the main way of life and living environment,the status of women in marriage and family relations is relatively weak,and the bondage of traditional ideas,the legitimate rights and interests of women in marriage and family cannot be guaranteed.Based on the actual situation of Zhuanghe,combining my own working experience of women's federation,to discover problems,analyze and solve problems,the problem of women's rights and interests protection in marriage and family in Zhuanghe was inwestigated in my study.First,in this paper,the research object of nine zhuanghe for female,designed the Zhuanghe women about marriage and family rights and interests of disabled questionnaire and interview questions,through quesrionnaires and interviews were used an investigation pattern to sruvey he problem of women's rights and interests protection in marriage and family in Zhuanghe.Secondly,through further analysis of the survey results and the careful study of interview records,concluded that: the awareness of women's own rights is weak,weak enforcement of staff of relevant departments,the prevention of domestic violence is unfavourable,traditional thought and social environment are not conducive to the protection of women.The main reasons for this phenomenon were: the quality of women's law needs to be improved,incomplete local rules and regulations,the work of the menber state of the administrative office is not inplace,traditional male superiority is still in Zhuanghe.Finally,according to the actual circumstance of Zhuanghe,suffestions were put forward for improvement in four aspects.We will train women to protect their rights in accordance with the law,we will improve the protection system for women's rights in marriage and family,we will pay more attention to play multiple departments jointly work,we will strengthen the basic policy of gender equality.It is hoped that through the relevant reaearch of this paper,it can be used as reference for the protection work of female rock families in Zhuanghe city,and to promote the harmonious and stable development of Zhuanghe city.
