| Since the 1970's, the new science and technology revolution (the NSTR) has developed very rapidly and greatly promoted the development and progress of human society, changed the producing, living and thinking forms of the human kind, deeply influenced the contemporary international community and greatly promoted the development of the political multi-polarization, the economic globalization and the social informationization of the international community. Simultaneously, the development of the NSTR has also produced the global problems which have brought the unprecedented challenges to the development of the human society. In the times of the peace and development, how to protect the peace and security of the world and how to promote the development and progress of the human society with the achievements of the NSTR are important issues that the whole human kind must face.This thesis mainly studies the NSTR's influences to the international community with the attitude of seeking the truth and fact, the NSTR's influences to some important fields of international politics such as national sovereignty, national security, national interests and national foreign policy. The thesis also studies the NSTR's influences to the state of the international relations such as competition, cooperation, war and peace in the international community, and the NSTR's influences to the international order and structure. After studies of the NSTR's influences to the fields of the international politics, the thesis put forward the new ideas to set up the new international political and economic order with the achievement of the science and technology. At last, the thesis carefully analyze the China's challenges and opportunities brought by the development of the NSTR and put forward the principles and ideas of the China's international strategies for China to develop peacefully in the new century. Because the information technology is the key technology of the NSTR, so the thesis mainly studies the information technology development's influences to the international community and international politics, simultaneously, the thesis also study the other hi-tech's influences to the international community and international politics.At the times of the economic globalization and the rapid development of the NSTR, the great Chinese Communist Party are leading the Chinese people of allethnic groups to build the greatest cause of Chinese people in history-to build thewell-off society in all around way. So at last, the thesis come to the Chinese issues after the thesis studies the NSTR's influences to the international community and international politics. The Chinese people should learn the lessons from the history that china have missed the opportunities to rise in the tides of the last three industry revolutions, we should master the rules of the science and technology's role to thedecline and rise of the big power. At this time, we should grasp the unprecedented opportunities brought by the NSTR and make our development strategies suitable for the China's basic state and tides of the world development. And we should speed up to develop our country's economy with the achievements of the science and technology, compete and cooperate with other countries in the international arena, lead to the road of peaceful development and finally make China as an important power in the international community in the new century so as to realize the dream of the great rejuvenation of Chinese people.The whole thesis includes 7 chapters. In the forward, I mainly introduce why I had chosen this item and introduced the studying state of the item at home and abroad.
