Disclosure Of Government Information Legal System Of The General Theory Of Research

Disclosure of Government Information has been become an important element of democracy and rule of law in the age of information.In China, some progress has been made in this field, however in general the legal system of disclosure of government information has not been established yet. This passage makes a research on government information with methods of comparative study, analyses the current situation of disclosure of government information, and makes some suggestions for the establishment and improvement of the legal system of disclosure of government information in China.The first part is regarding the basic concepts of the Legal System of disclosure of government Information, and reviews the history of the development of government information, discusses the elements affecting its development. The second part proposes the foundation of the legal system of the disclosure of government Information, and proposes that it should be protected naturally. The third part discusses the principles of disclosure of government information, i.e. the principles of publicity, and points out that the principle of publicity is the primary principle. The forth part analyses the current situation of disclosure of government information, and makes some suggestions for the establishment and improvement of the legal system of disclosure of government information in China.
