This article studied has traded the narcotic crime the society toharm, the crime constitution, the crime number shape as well as thejudicature recognizes the hard problem and the punishment question.In this article divides four parts.First part:Trades the narcotic crime the outline.Elaborated the narcotic concept, the characteristic as well as tradethe meaning and its the harm -which in the narcotic crime trades,Falls the foot spot is trades the narcotic crime the harm.The "crime of traffic in drugs" namely means the act of knowing they are drugs and illegally sell them or the illegal purchase on the purchase oftrafficing.The second part:Drug trafficking constitutes the crime. Expounded on drug trafficking object of the crime, and objective and subjective aspects.Highlights of the subjective knowlege of the crime determined and whether the profit,expositions come through drug trafficking should be subjective profit.The third part:Drug-trafficking crime patterns and the number of common crimes.The paper presents the crimes of smuggling, trafficking, transporting, manufacturing, illegal possession of the dr problem of crime ,completed with the attempted distinction, drug trafficking constitutes the crime of buyers and selle and intermediaries introduced acts and acts constitute the crime.The fourth part: Drug trafficking judicial cognizance of the difficult issues and punishment.Expounded on drug-trafficking investigation of temptations, special commit this crime and punishment and tlgeneral provision of the drug purity and sentencing relations. The purity of the drug in drug-trafficking sentencing decision is an importtant factor, it should be converted to pure. In particular, the defendant may be sentenced to death penalty cases.
