Timesharing, as a product of mutual expansion between tourism and real estate, enjoys broad development prospect in China. However, there is a series of problems in its development which need legal regulation.This article starts with the legal nature of timesharing property right, combines with the mature timesharing property right legislation of foreign countries, focuses on the problems existing in timesharing property right system in our country, raises the author's thought about legislation consummation.This article consists of 4 chapters: the first chapter mainly introduces the arising and developing of timesharing, including the character of timesharing,the arising of timesharing and the developing of timesharing etc.The second chapter leads to the cause of timesharing property right from economical life, raises the concept of timesharing property right and divides it as property rights timesharing and right to use timesharing according to the right nature which beneficiary gets.The third chapter analyzes the nature of property rights timesharing and right to use timesharing, puts forward a new opinion that property rights timesharing can be considered as a new ownership, and right to use timesharing can be divided into material right and creditor right.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the legislation consummation of timesharing property right in our country, firstly introduces the basic structure of foreign timesharing law regulation, secondly raises the regulation about timesharing in our country, thirdly raises the problems of timesharing in our country and analyzes the reason, then brings out the author's train of thought about timesharing legislation consummation in our country.
