The Basic System Of Environmental Law Research

From the perspective of system failure,this thesis tries to analysis the causes of environmental problems, pointing out environmental law is critical to solve out environmental crisis. As a basic carrier of environmental law, environmental law system not only embodies the spirit of the basic principles of enviromental law,but also operates norms of environmental law.By analysis the to basic system of enviromental law comprehensively in law field and the academic field,It establishes six basic systems. Through inspecting and researching China's basic system of enviromental law,it points out that there is still a long way to go for our current enviromental law system to meet the requests the market-oriented and sustainable development.In the mean while,this thesis tries to adjust China's badic system of enviromental law starting from the government administration of multiple modalities.On one hand,it deepens and improves the original basic environmental law, on the other hand,it establishes another new system of the basic environmental law. In order to curb ecological deterioration of the environment and realize the balance of ecnomic development and enriroment protection under the tremendous effect of the law system.
