Some Problems On The Crime Of Corruption

In the thesis, those have been discussed and summarized by the author on the issues relating closely to judicial affairs such as the concept, the subject, the dividing line between corruption crime and non-corruption crime, and the legislative suggestions of corruption crime, etc. In the way of applying both theory and practical experience according to crime law, judicial interpretation and relevant policies.This thesis contains five parts. Part One reviews the history of corruption crime and its concept. Part Two is subject of crime. Part three interprets amount of corruption crime. Part four interprets the judicial criteria of corruption crime, the dividing lines between corruption crime and non-corruption crime, and between corruption crime and other related crimes. Part five proposed suggestions for corruption crime legislation, and perfect the anti-corruption law system and measurement of penalty by way of the reference to foreign legislative experiences on corruption and bribe crimes.
