The 21st century is time of knowledge and information . Being real capable man in it, they no longer just need profound knowledge, extraordinary individuality ability, they have to be equipped with good morality, rich emotion and healthy individuality. It requires them to grasp both knowledge and morality to develop in all different aspects. So"sound individuality education"is more and more important in moral education in every country in the world recently years. Strengthening the research of individuality education will have the great significance,which will manifest the nature of the ideological and political education ,impel the modernization of the ideological and political education, construct the promotion harmonious society and finally improve person's comprehensive quality .This article takes the Marxism dialectical materialism and the historical materialism as the instruction, has conducted more exhaustive research of the ideological and political education's individuality education from macroscopic and microscopic, the theory and the practice, the home and overseas,historical and the present. Looking from the view of theory angle , the ideological and political education individuality education has manifested from the political nature of serving party's route general and specific policies to serving the person itself life; Looking from the effect, it has not only developed the domain of study and the influence, and enhanced pointed and the actual effect, but also provided the new way of theory exploration.It is a bold attempt to rich the ideological and political education theory. Looking from the value, The direct effect of individuality education is to impact educates on the develop of individual ideology, morality,psychology and other aspects. The dominant function of ideological and political education manifests more distinctive than before, society function of ideological and political education will be represent by individual function finally. Individuality education can not only develop personality of educates, but also healthy structure of psychology. It helps them form the ability of individual morality and ability of psychology adjust gradually, helps them improve their individual mentality acquaintance and politics consciousness gradually, also provide the foundation of mentality and politics.This article has discussed the ideological and political education's individuality education from three aspects. I have elaborated the basis of the ideological and political education from the reality and the theory to strengthen the individuality education, and formulated the thorough careful analysis of carrying on the science individuality education countermeasure .The good individuality is the foundation and safeguard of people full scale development, is the progressive premise and the condition of the society development, also is foundation and the safeguard of the entire Chinese nation survival development. The ideological and political education's individuality is a system engineering to raise good individuality, the school, the family and the society is naturally the key aspect to affectsits success or failure,therefore it is very important to persist the science principle of the individuality education, enrich leisure education and explore the methods of the individuality education. This is the request of the time development, and the ideological and political education development. We must fully display leading role of the individuality education, raise the social individual healthy individuality self-awareness, unify inside and outside,realize good individuality constructing, promote individual life quality. Thus we can provide the rich talented person resources to construct the harmonious society and promote the political, economical, cultural comprehensive progress.
