We have opened our domestic financial market completely since Dec. 2006, so it's urgent to set up a legal regulation system for financial innovation.This thesis is to research the establishment of a legal regulated system for financial innovation in China through economic analysis, international compare and praxis analysis means. It will involve things hereinafter:Begin with theoretic analysis, we make the circumscription of financial innovation definitely, and point out the necessity and moderation of legal regulation of financial innovation. Then this thesis makes brief introduction on the experience of international legal regulation system for financial innovation, while setting up our own legal regulation system for financial innovation, we can learn many things from these excellent experiences.There are some legal documents related with legal regulation of financial innovation in China, but they have not come into being a system yet. These active legal documents can't meet the needs of developing of financial innovation. Presently, legal regulation of financial innovation has aroused the recognition of the authorities.Base on the analysis above, the paper try to set up a legal system which can solve the conflict of financial innovation and financial regulation smoothly. Nowadays, we have a good economic environment, and the domestic financial market is unclosed. Financial innovation in our country will develop very quickly. So it is a great motive force to establish a legal regulation system for financial innovation that suitable for China.
