International Atomic Energy Agency Study Of The Legal System, With The Use Of Nuclear Energy

This year is 50 anniversary of international atomic energy agency (IAEA). IAEA made great contribution on the nuclear peace utilization and nuclear anti-proliferation since its foundation. We can not utilize nuclear orderly without IAEA. IAEA controls the utilization of nuclear through the laws and criterions which made by IAEA. We can have a whole impress from the study of IAEA and its law system. The article introduces the utilization of unclear firstly, and then analyses the general issue and organization framework of IAEA. The emphasis of the article is the analysis and estimation of on the law system of IAEA. The last part of the article is the analysis of Chinese law system on the utilization of nuclear. The Article tries to analyses the current problems of utilization of nuclear in order to find the way to settle them from the actual angle with means of theory and actuality.
