With the end of the Cold War, the world situation has undergone profound changes, the world multipolarization and economic globalization are developing in twists and turns, and the national security faces a series of new situations and new problems with a lot of new features. Facing changes in the international situation, China's new generation of collective leadership inherited Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on national security and learned some new concepts and positive factors of security from the Western academia, and then examined and consider the issue of national security and proposed the new security concept with the core of"mutual trust, mutual benefit, equality and collaboration". Through the establishment of a mechanism for mutual trust and promote common security, the peaceful settlement of disputes through friendly consultations. The proposed new security concept is a great theoretical innovation.The paper is divided into three chapters, together with introduction and conclusion counts five parts. Introduction of the paper mentioned some of the major topics of theoretical and practical significance, China has initiated a new security concept for a comprehensive exposition from the perspective of globalization.In the first part of the paper, the author defines the concept of globalization, safety and security theory and reviewed the former China security concepts of the period from the founding of P.R China to the beginning of Cold War. Globalization refers to human life and society across national and regional boundaries and on a global scale showing all communication links interactive process with the objective historical trends. Security means the thoughts, concepts and the theoretical system when a country formulating and implementing its foreign policy. After the founding of the P.R.China, the first generation of leaders Mao Zedong's national security thoughts stress on safeguarding state sovereignty and territorial integrity, and highlighting military security and political security. The Second-generation leader Deng Xiaoping's concept of national security highlighted the comprehensive political and economic security.The second part of this paper analyzes the impact of globalization on national security of China. With the further development of the process of globalization and changes in the international security situation after the Cold War, some problems that threaten a nation's even mankind'security begin to show new features. There are a lot of new security issues. China's national security are facing non-traditional security. Militarily, the U.S.-led western countries continuing military pressure on China; Politically, Western countries, led by the United States interferes the stability of our political system and domestic political life. In economic field, domestic economic development is uneven and serious problems of financial risks exist; In cultural field, changes in the unhealthy social ideology erosions the body of the party and the nation. Globalization, the interests of different countries to deepen mutual dependence, which will enable the country's cultural security problems have become more complex and diverse;"East Turkistan","Tibet independence"and"Falungong elements"and other separatist create disturbances and affect China's unity and stability; In addition, China's network security system is rather weak in prevention and recovery capabilities.The third part of the dissertation focuses on the formation and development of a new security concept. In light of the current globalization of the political, economic changes in the new security environment, the Chinese government has proposed a new security concept."Mutual trust, mutual benefit, equality and cooperation"as a term of four"new security concept"meaning concentrated summation The new security concept with mutual trust constitutes the foundation of the new security concept which is mutually beneficial to the purpose, The new security concept is a powerful guarantee for equality, cooperation is the practical way to a new security concept. In essence, it goes well beyond the scope of the unilateral security, and it aims to seek common security through mutually beneficial cooperation. The new security concept is based on common interests and social progress of mankind. The main characteristics of the new security concept is comprehensive security, common security and security cooperation. Moreover, under the guidance of the new security concept, the Chinese government carried out a serials of practical activities, such as the establishment of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization initiated by China is a model of international cooperation; the establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Zone has positive and far-reaching impacts on bilateral, regional and the overall development of East Asia. In short, the strengthening of good-neighborly and friendly relations, and to create a stable and peaceful surrounding environment is the inevitable requirement for safeguarding national interests.The new security concept is being understood and accepted by the international community and are becoming a new value system of global security standards, which may also play positive role in the process of building a harmonious world of permanent peace and common prosperity.
