On The Safety Of Non-traditional In China Under The Background Of Globalization

Since the late20th century, the multi-polarization trend of the international society and political pattern continues to strengthen, resulting in increasingly complex and volatile international relations. Especially with the accelerating globalization process, a variety of security threats that the international community faces begin to arise, thus political diplomacy, military strike, and other traditional security thinking have been difficult to meet the requirement of maintaining a country’s national security, so the change of the time, in objective, requires to make adjustments and changes constantly. In other words, the maintenance of national security requires us to change means of the past political diplomacy and military strike into the level of political, economic, scientific, technological, cultural, ecological environment, and energy to consider (also known as the coexistence of the hard and soft power). Thus the international community is required to concern more about the security issues that have nothing to do with the past:For example:the threat of the AIDS problem, the threat of the surge in population and social development, information security, financial security issues, terrorism, the problem of separatism, ethnic conflicts and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, the energy crisis, the threat of environmental degradation, all these affect global security and threaten human development and survival. The emergence of these problems is decided by their essential characteristics, and it is difficult to solve and explain with the with the traditional national security concept in technical level. From over the years, the9·11terrorist attacks, acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), thing of the past to safeguard national security, and cooperative security will become an inevitable choice to deal with global security issues. As a big developing country, China, with no exception, should take part in safeguarding world peace and steady, which is not only an opportunity, but also a challenge;Globalization makes the world exchanges and cooperation in various fields increasingly frequent, and economy in all countries has been in an unprecedented development, at the same time, the interests of all countries increasingly link close in the background of globalization. And from the present actual situation in China, the achievements of China’s reform and openness and economic construction not only strengthen our comprehensive national strength, and With the increasing exchange between China and other countries, the domestic and foreign environment of Chinese development has also got significant improvement, which related to the outbreak of war in China and large-scale military armed conflict, and this reality is unlikely. China, in a longer period of time, will be no large-scale military armed conflict, and peace and development have become the theme of the times. However, at the same time, globalization, on one hand, brings development opportunities to the world, but on the other hand, also makes the form of global security issues that the international community faces even more severe, which, in a short term, is difficult to be completely resolved, especially non-traditional security threats becomes increasingly obvious and highlight, for China which is in the upward trend and in a good development, these non-traditional security threats will directly or indirectly affect our national security. Therefore, China should actively face and cope with the factors of insecurity that this change brings, to provide for a rainy day, and then effectively reduces the threat within the scope of control to provide a scientific and effective solution for our national security. This article aims to explore the national non-traditional security issues that China faces in the background of globalization, and proposes that cooperative security is an effective way to solve and prevent non-traditional security in China.The article is divided into four parts:The first part describes the basic connotation of non-traditional security and basic theory. The article focuses on two aspects to describe this problem:Firstly, it makes a comprehensive introduction of the connotation and the definition of non-traditional security; secondly, it analyses the links and differences between traditional security and non-traditional security.The second part states non-traditional security issues in the context of globalization. The article firstly describes the increasingly prominent nature and characteristics in non-traditional security issues in the context of globalization; Secondly, the article describes the influence of non-traditional security for international relationship from the positive to the negative aspect and positive in the context of globalization.The third part focuses on threat of non-traditional security that China faces in the context of globalization. This paper makes a explanation from the following six aspects, namely:China faces the threat of Tibet independence separatists; China faces the threat of East Turkistan terrorist s to the security; China faces the security threats of ecological environment; China faces the threat of population and the development of society; China faces the threat of highly risk of the spread of epidemic; China faces the threat of economic and financial as well as the prestige of the IT securityThe fourth part makes a comprehensive thinking for the response to the strategy of non-traditional security issues in the context of globalization and thinks that cooperative security in the context of globalization is one of the effective solutions for solving non-traditional security issues. First of all, it is a comprehensive statement of the characteristics of cooperative security; furthermore, it makes a analysis of the strategies of cooperative security in the context of globalization.As for research methods, the article uses the ways of comparison and makes a comparative analysis of non-traditional security; enumeration method, analyses China’s non-traditional security threats; induction, through the analysis of the problems, which boils down to the measures of China should take to face non-traditional threats to security.This paper attempts to make an analysis of China’s non-traditional security issues in the perspective of globalization and to offer ideas for solving non-traditional security issues to, hopes to provide some useful insights on China’s non-traditional security.Because of the limitation of my knowledge, I am still in the research stages of learning s in the depth, the understanding of knowledge systems, the building of knowledge framework, and I can be completely called green-hand about this study. Combined with non-traditional security issues itself is one of the times, changes in highly dynamic fields, many non-traditional security issues continue to emerge, so the solutions can be different. It is a hard thing for a person whose knowledge is not so excellent. Although the author collected many references, the immaturity of the article and the inadequacies is obvious.
