Examine The History Of The Country's Modernization And The Ruling Party Modernization Interaction Between (1978-1992)

As a turning point, the Third Plenum of the 11th Communist Party of Chinain 1978 is of far-reaching significance in the history of China's modernization.And it opened a new starting point for China's socialist modernization drive. Itcan be said that, during the period between the Third Plenum of the 11thCommunist Party of China and the 14th CPC National Congress, themodernization of the ruling party and the modernization of the state had abasically good interaction, and they both won a substantial development throughtheir mutual interaction. This paper, which based on this important historicalperiod, tries to study and explore the interactive relations between themodernization of the Communist Party of China and the state, sought from boththeory and practice and sum up some basic experience, thus providing atheoretical reference to promote the development of the cause of socialistmodernization with Chinese characteristics and the modernization of theChinese Communist Party itself both for the present and for the future. Thispaper is divided into four Chapters:Chapter 1: Study the modernization of the Chinese Communist Party andthe results of its own after the Third Plenum of the 11th Communist Party ofChina from four aspects: the theoretical modernization,democratization ofpolitical life,the quality of the party rank and style modernization. Chapter 2:Study the exploration of Communist Party of China for the State'smodernization and its results from the economic, political and cultural aspects.Chapter 3: How did Chinese Communist Party further explore their ownmodernization and promote it into a newer and higher stage in order to meet theneeds of the country's modernization drive. Chapter 4: Some basic experiencesummed up on the basis of study and exploration can be summarized as follows:persist in the ideological line of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts; respect the people's pioneering spirit, and establish all the interests of thepeople; conscientiously implement the Party's basic line in the primary stage ofsocialism; strengthen the building of socialist democracy and spiritualcivilization, and maintain social stability and unity; adhere to the party'sleadership, and constantly promote the party's modernization construction.
