Because the house lessee is often in status of economicalweak tendency, his rights and interests are easier to be encroached on. inhouse lease, embodied in: The lessee is apt to receive the lesser's illegalexpulsion, cause his life to be unstable and influence the social stabilityat the same time. And the legal provisions in house lease in our countryare also relatively coarse at present, there are a lot of problems thatis divorce from the practice, the concern to the pro thct of the lesseerights and interests is akso. This text will adopt the method of thecomparative study, compare the system of house lease to China and Korea.find out its similarities and differences; Use for reference Korea analyzeto lessee advanced experience about the rights and interests of protectingto analyse our country house lease legal system at the same time, pointout the deficiency that the law of our country protects to lessee's rightsand interests at present, and then offer the suggestion of legislating.This paper is divided into six parts.Chapter one is the introduction.
