From the foundation in 1921 Chinese Communist Party came through 4 phases of revolution: the 1st civil war, the 2nd civil war, the war against Japan and the war of emancipation. In the course of struggle with all political forces the policy and strategy to national bourgeois reflected the wit of CCP. The policy and strategy to national bourgeois must change according the change of position of revolution. So CCP's policy and strategy to national bourgeois was the rain glass of the judgment of position.CCP's policy and strategy to national bourgeois developed gradually. In early days CCP's policy and strategy to national bourgeois had some problems so that CCP met with severe loss. In early days CCP's judgment of Chinese revolution was not correct enough; had incorrectly judgment of bourgeois; attach inadequate importance to the hegemony of revolution and armed forces; and had not combine the principles of Marxism and the reality of Chinese revolution. In the 2nd civil war the central committee of CCP regarded national bourgeois as the most dangerous enemy and had no correct judgment of effect of middle force and the conflict between anti-revelutional forces. But MaoZedong and other comrades had. Hence they could adopt correct policy and strategy to national bourgeois. But the correct understanding and policy did not spread. After conference in Zunyi CCP had more profound understanding of national bourgeois and had more mature policy and strategy. This is the label of the ripeness of CCP.In the war against Japan CCP's policy and strategy to national bourgeois became more and more mature. She made effort to building up the national united front against Japan. CCP promoted the settle of Xi'an Event and adopted the policy of struggle and cooperation to big bourgeois. At the same time CCP rallied national bourgeois and protected national industry and business. CCP had her own theory system of Chinese revolution: New Democratism which was the label of the ripeness of Mao Zedong Thought and CCP. After the victory of war against Japan the position changed hugely. The principal contradiction had new form. The negotiation between CCP and Kuomintang was broken and civil war began. CCP had to stack up against Kuomintang and rally all the force. Politically CCP organized and leaded the democratic united front; Economically CCP protected national industry and business. Finally CCP with all the Chinese people won the victory and erected the People Republic of China.
