The term"Washington Consensus"was coined in 1989 by John Williamson for resolving the Latin-America debt crisis. In 1990's,"Washington Consensus"that was established for the development only path has profoundly affected developing countries and more than 20 years Latin American economic policy. In May, 2004, the paper of Joshua Cooper Ramo named Beijing Consensus was published. From"Washington Consensus"to"Beijing Consensus", reflecting the developing countries in general is reconsidering a road and chooses again. Explores recent development path in the whole world today, makes an exhaustive comparative analysis at present extant several kind of development program is necessary, in particular between"Washington Consensus"and"Beijing Consensus".This paper is divided in to five parties, each of which is concentrated on a special topic. In chapter one, it will have made a background outline and the content reorganization in two"consensus"; In chapter two,it will have made a quite exhaustive analysis from three aspects between"Washington Consensus"and"Beijing Consensus"; In chapter three, this paper will analyze these two"consensus"to the contemporary international politics economy relations and the developing nation influence; In chapter four, it will introduce the international academic circles, except"Washington Consensus"and"Beijing Consensus"outside, more over several kinds to developing nation development path exploration theory and policy; At the end of this paper, I will make the forecast from the full paper research analysis foundation.
