On The Construction Of A Harmonious Society Under The Command Of The Scientific Concept Of Development

Constructing a socialist harmonious society is a major topic of the times and arduous historical mission in China's current and future long period of time. China's current stage of social development has entered a period of prominent contradictions, and there are a lot of social disharmony factors. It can be said that the present situation of our society need to construct a harmonious society. It is an unprecedented, arduous undertaking to construct a harmonious society in our nation with 1.3 billion population, the most critical thing of which is to implement the scientific concept of development in place. The purpose of this paper is to clarify some basic concepts of scientific development concept and harmonious society of socialism, explore the intrinsic relations between development and harmony as well as how to use the scientific development concept to guide the building of a harmonious socialist society and other issues ,offer suggestions on the construction of a harmonious society.In the process of elaboration ,this article mainly apply the Marxist stand, viewpoint and method from the perspective of scientific socialism and the practice of contemporary China's development at home and abroad in order to explore the construction of a socialist harmonious society which based on the concept of scientific development. In the composition process, it makes every effort to manifest two fresh ideas: 1.The majority of contents of the scientific development concept and the harmonious society involved in this paper have been discussed in the academic community . But this article launches the elaboration from the perspective of the relationship between the two. Soit has certain systematic and theoretical characteristics and some innovative significance. 2. This paper discusses in detail how to use the scientific development concept as a guide to construct a socialist harmonious society, so it can provide a reference to construct a harmonious society .As regards the contents, this paper elaborates the basic theory of a harmonious socialist society at first.On the basis of this ,the paper focuses the analysis on the values of the concept of scientific development to the socialist harmonious society, and further explores the development mentality the practice of our socialist harmonious society which guided by the concept of scientific development. The text is divided into three parts, the main contents of each part are:The main content of first part is the socialist harmonious society's basic constitution and the characteristics. The paper has first analyzed the socialism harmonious society's basic connotation and the chief feature. It pointed out that the harmonious society is a benign movement and a coordinated development society, including person and nature, person and society, person and person as well as person own harmony. The harmonious society that we want to construct is a society with stable development, scientific development, orderly development and standard development.The second part of the paper analyse the value of the concept of scientific development to the harmonious society. The article focuses on the command role of the concept of scientific development in guaiding the socialist harmonious society, points out that the scientific development concept is a basic indicator to construct a harmonious society . The paper has expounded China's existing social factors of disharmony .We should carry out the scientific development concept to solve the problem and realize harmony. At the same time we must follow the road of scientific development in order to achieve social harmony in view of historical experiences.In the third part, this paper presents the basic construction of a harmonious society concept guided by the scientific development concept. To achieve the goal of a harmonious society, we need to do the following: Firstly, adhere to the "development" theme of the times to strengthen the material foundation of the harmonious society. Secondly, adhere to the "people-centered" principle to achieve the comprehensive human development. Thirdly, strengthen the building of social undertakings to realize the coordinated development of economy and society. Finally, take the road of sustainable development to establishthe ecological civilization.
