Integration Of The New Social Strata In The Chinese Communist Party

It is China's economic and social development that has led to the birth of the new social class,since reform and opening up. The new social class has made important contribution to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics with their own labor. The Communist Party of China, as the leadership core of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, must strengthen the integration of the new social class. Only in this way could the CPC better unite and lead people of all ethnic groups, building a well-off society and accelerating modernization drive, realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is of great significance that the CPC will strengthen the integration of the new social class. From the common sense of political party controlling regime, this integration accords with the general law which political parties control regime under modern political conditions. From the sense of the CPC achieving effective governance, this integration is not only to meet with the needs of comprehensively implementing the scientific outlook of development, of building a harmonious socialist society, of consolidating and strengthening the party's ruling foundation, but also to continuously meet with the new social class' economic, political and spiritual demands.In the process of building the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the CPC has taken many policies and measures, such as economic, ideological, political and social ones, to strengthen the integration of the new social class, and has achieved remarkable success.But at present stage in the process of the integration of the new social class, there are also many problems which are weak links in the integration of the new social class' value, the poor channels in the integration of the political participation and, the poor function in the integration of NGO. To solve the existing problems in the process of integration of the new social class at present stage, the CPC must hold the guidelines to full respect for, to extensive contact, to strengthen unity and to help the new social class with enthusiasm. The CPC must highlight the central role of the party's rally and, continue to take ideological, political, economic, social policies and measures to strengthen the integration of the new social class.In the integration of values, the CPC must adhere to the dominant position of the socialist core value system, comprehensively and objectively grasp the ideological characteristics of the new social class, strengthen the ideological and political education of the new social class in a targeted manner. In the integration of political participation, the CPC must recruit new members from the new social class, improve the institutions which the new social class participates in politics, play the full role of political associations as bridges and links. In the integration of the NGO, the CPC must foster and develop the NGO actively, strengthen the leadership to the NGO, continuously improve the attractiveness of the NGO to the new social class.
