Relocation for poverty alleviation is a landmark project for a new round of poverty alleviation.It has played an irreplaceable role in promoting poverty alleviation and is also a guarantee for subsequent rural revitalization.The success of the relocation project has not only laid a decisive foundation for winning the fight against poverty on time,but also has great and far-reaching significance for promoting the overall revitalization of rural areas and promoting the high-quality development of urban,rural and regional economies.The work of relocation for poverty alleviation has been shifted from relocation to follow-up management services.The follow-up integration work after relocation must be done well in order to stabilize the hearts of relocated households and satisfy the housing material of relocated households.Demands can enable poor households to better carry out basic development work and become rich,improve their quality of life,realize a better life,and achieve the goal of "moving out,staying stable,quickly integrating,and getting rich".Based on the perspective of "social integration theory",this article uses a combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to explore the social integration of relocated residents for poverty alleviation.The migrants at the resettlement site in W District of Guiyang City are used as the survey object and a questionnaire survey is used.Method and in-depth interview method to collect first-hand information.The study divides the social integration of relocated residents into four dimensions: economic integration,life integration,social relationship integration,and psychological integration.Through the investigation of these four levels,it is found that the relocated poverty alleviation households lack employment in the process of economic integration.Opportunities,limited professional skills,poor working conditions,unclear policy recognition,traditional entertainment methods,deteriorating holiday life for children in resettlement sites,and lack of patience when the masses repeatedly provide relevant information.Intimacy is weakened,Social relationship integration with long distances and low levels of trust,as well as psychological difficulties such as fuzzy self-identity,low sense of belonging,and loss of confidence in economic development.The research analyzes the constraints that affect the social integration of immigrants based on the existing problems of immigrants ’ social integration,and proposes twelve countermeasures and suggestions to promote social integration,namely,adding employment channels,conducting intermediate and advanced training courses,and enhancing social security awareness to enhance economic integration;Large policy propaganda efforts,enrich community activities,and strengthen departmental linkages to promote social life integration;promote social integration by providing interactive places,living adjacent to the same group,and improving grassroots governance capabilities;finally,by playing the role of production workshops to improve basic society Construct and provide psychological consulting services to achieve psychological integration.This article studies the social integration of relocated people and not only hopes to provide relevant academic research with reference materials,expand sociological research perspectives,and enrich relevant research content,but also hope to enrich the experience of resettlement of residents living in poverty alleviation and solidify the follow-up of poverty alleviation and relocation.The service work further enhances the sense of gain,happiness and security of the relocated people,and helps in the later revitalization of the countryside.
