Rural Governance Under The Background Of Social Stratum Division

Since the reform and opening up, the rural economic reform which is the core of the household contract responsibility system has broken the social structure of the rural homogeneity.With the development of market economy, the progress of urbanization, the increase of the land transfer phenomenon, the rural social differentiation is increasingly obvious and the trend is increasing.This phenomenon has attracted more and more attention in academia.The differentiation of the rural stratum is one of the outstanding phenomena in the rural society in recent years, and it is also the new situation that the rural governance must face.The social stratum differentiation of the rural breaks the inherent and relatively stable social form, which causes significant changes in rural social structure and social order, which has a great impact on the maintenance of rural order and the development of democracy at the grassroots level.On the one hand, the stratum differentiation has promoted the development of rural politics. On the other hand, the new problem that is appeared in the process of stratum differentiation puts forward the challenge to the rural governance.In this paper, the Anhui X town as a case, the analysis of how social stratification affects rural governance, and in the context of social stratification, how to optimize the rural governance mechanisms and other issues through social integration. This article is mainly divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, which points out the origin, significance, current situation, ideas and methods of the study. The second part introduces the status of X town class differentiation in detail. The X town rural social has five differentiation class,including the completely out of the country class, class of individual workers, part-time peasant stratum, peasant workers, pure farming households class.In the third chapter, after the analysis of stratum differentiation, different classes have different political psychology and interest demands. It has a profound impact on the village election, public goods supply and dispute mediation. In the fourth part, the paper mainly discusses the problem of optimizing the rural governance mechanism through the social integration in the background of social stratum differentiation.It should be through pay attention to the bottom of people's demands of interests, cultivate rural middle class, establish a reasonable and effective social stratum benefit coordination mechanism, to construct new rural governance mode and promote the stability and development of rural society.The possible innovation of this article is a new problem is proposed based on the case materials. Namely in central rural,with the development of the rural economy and the increase of the land transfer, the stratum differentiation of the peasants has become more and more obvious. This phenomenon is becoming more and more important to the rural governance. Therefore, need to have corresponding system construction. This effort will not only lead to the social concern of the mechanism and influence of social stratification, so as to strengthen social integration, improve rural governance performance, but also provide new materials for the academic research.
