Youth League Organization Services A New Socialist Countryside Construction Model Study

With the scientific concept of development as a guide to build a new socialist countryside , CPC Central Committee has a major strategic plan identified as a major historic task, from the overall of the party and national development, and a historical choice which covers the overall situation, focus on the long term and advance with the times .The strategic plan is related to the overall situation of China's reform and opening up and modernization construction, seize the fundamental building the well-off of the rural areas, and reflects demands of the times and the characteristics of the times of the CPC Central Committee in implementing the scientific concept of development and a harmonious socialist society, on behalf of the strong desire and fundamental interests of the hundreds of millions of peasants, and is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance.
