On The Israeli Kibbutz Formation And Evolution

Israel's Kibbutz is a unique social organizations built on a basis of equality and fairness. Since it was born, it has traversed nearly a hundred years .It has played an important role in the establishment and development of the country. Although some scholars in China have conducted research in this area, but generally speaking, people are still unfamiliar with it. Research on Kibbutz not only helps to understand the emergence and development of Kibbutz, but also to analysis of Israel'attitude in the Arab-Israeli issue.This paper applies research methods of the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis on this phenomenon . It can be divided into three parts in the logical structure.The first part is the basic situation of the Kibbutz formation and development. It analyses the historical background of the Kibbutz. This section analyses the influence and role of the Kibbutz in the resettlement of migrants, defense organizations, political influence, economic development and foreign policy of Israel.The third part of this paper is the problems the Kibbutz faces at this stage. Firstly,it studies the internal and external difficulties of the Kibbutz. Secondly, it analyses the reform measures of the Kibbutz. Finally, it forecast the Kibbutz's future development trend.
