The Value Of The Feminist Law Applicable

As a school of Modern Western Jurisprudence, the ideology of the Feminist Jurisprudence grows out of an eclectic theory of feminist movement. Its methodology puts an emphasis on how to pull out women's problems, to deduce practical inference, and how to raise awareness and to analysis society of different sex. Therefore, at macrocosmic level, the study confines itself to the fundamental aspects on patriarchy, control and women's sense of justice. In a macroscopic view, its value embodies in being concern about the women's oppression by institution of law and revealing the source of the oppression. While at microcosmic level, it mainly applies to the awareness in all respects of the sexual equality, especially the rights of being under protect by the legislation including aspects such as opposing domestic violence, anti-sexual harassment, marital rape and pornography.
