Study Of Product Liability Legislation

The thesis analyses the product liability legislation of foreign countries based on the legal fixation of product liability, with comparative method applied, and combined with the product liability system in major countries the thesis takes in-depth research in the fundamental features such as the scope and defect of product, the domestic and foreign definitions of product liability, the subject of product liability, the joint and several liability, the doctrine of liability fixation and the compensation to locate the deficiency and difficulty in product liability legislation in our country. To improve the product liability system in our country, the thesis, analyzing the deficiency and difficulty in product liability legislation, proposes the feasible suggestion in the product liability legislation.
