Research On Government Procurement Under The Perspective Of Macro-control Legal System

This essay studies the legal system of government procurement in China from a new angle of view-macro-regulation and control. Through introducing the basic theory of macro-regulation and control and macro-regulation and control law, the basic theory of government procurement and government procurement law, and the mature system and experience of government procurement in developed countries, this essay analyzes the present legislative constitution about macro-regulation and control of government procurement law, it studies the functions of macro-regulation and control of government procurement law, it puts forward the way of perfect the legal system of government procurement in China. It also puts forward the concrete suggestions about the legal system of government procurement law, the applicable scope of government procurement law, and the principle of macro-regulation and control of government procurement law.
