Left The Government Theory And Its Meaning

Government Theory has been a popular issue, which the political academic and the public administration are very concerned about. Different academic factions always verify the legitimacy and the rationality of the government's management model on the basis of the unique theoretical perspective and logic of interpretation. This thesis attempts to take the social democratic ideas of the "third way" or the leftist position for research perspective, focusing on the basic position and views concerning the major issues of government's management, particularly in the differences of political school with other democratic or liberalist, which the results reflect the principles, contents and practice of public policy so as to highlight the main characteristics of government's public management as well as to study the initiative exploration on its significance.Since the 1990s, the "third way" as a political thought, has created an extremely wide significance in the western society, whose integration of various fields bring us many difficulties we define their value through simply historical review although we must develop the potential ability, which we bravely face the difficulties and make rational choices and decisions. It is because of such considerations that the thesis makes a research on the "third way" political ideas on the basic theory of government management to explore the significance and value of public management of modern government. This thesis studies the "third way" social democracy advocated because it is different from the values of traditional Democratic (old leftists) and neo-liberalism (old rightist), and it appears political and governmental management arena, therefore we define the government's theory of leftist as well as study its content and significance of the theme. Firstly the thesis defines the leftist and government theory, analyzes its background of times as well as interprets its content of the main policies more objectively and comprehensively. In the meanwhile, the thesis evaluates the effects and problems in the process of practice and discusses its essence of the theory. Finally, the thesis concluded significance of the theoretical innovation and the development on Chinese government so as to give some positive inspirations to the deep development of theory and practice of public management of Chinese government.
