Because in our country, there is no legislation for the right to privacy proclaimed in writing in civil basic law, the protection for the right to privacy is on a backstair condition. The lack of the Law of News Violate Privacy Right makes there is no special gist for the news violates citizen right to privacy cases. This paper analyzed the characteristic, cause of formation & important factor of the news violates citizen right to privacy, and seek the balance point of right to privacy, right to know & news free, and to find the boundary of news spread abroad & protection of right to privacy, discuss the establishment of the law.
