| Due to imperfectness of the right to privacy in our civil law, lack of press law and deficiency of citizen's cognition to right to privacy, the contradiction between right to privacy and right to cover and report gradually appears in China. This paper discusses how to correctly tackle the relation between right to privacy and freedom of the press based on the existing relevant legal system and practical situation in the press. |
