Banking Supervision Economic Law Philosophy, Research, And Practical Problems

Banks are the center of modern finance. The development of banks in a country can directly reflect the whole level of its finance. So in order to ensure the highly efficient development of banks, each country should supervise its banking.This thesis mainly deals with the supervisory law of banks. First of all by reviewing the development of the supervisory law of banks, the writer emphasized the importance of the existence of the supervisory law of banks, giving the values which the supervisory law of banks pursue: safety, efficiency, freedom and justice. The conclusion is that: the ideas of the supervisory law of banks comply with those of economic law, that is to serve the interests of society. Second, the writer proved the necessity of diversified management of banks in our country. By providing evidence, the writer analyzed the supervisory entity of banks, banks themselves, the existing supervisory law and their problems. Under the guidance of the supervisory law of banks, the writer tried to make it perfect with Chinese characteristics.
