As the legal method that rules rights and obligations between the employees and employers, labor contract system can be a kind of lube of the development of economy and the umbrella of laborers. In practice, however , there are many problems in works force, for example ,abusing trying-duration by employers, owing wage of workers, offending the rights of the farmers who work in the city, economic compensation from employees, the troubles in the labor dispute resolution and so on .the problems above are very common, which accelerate the contradiction between employees and employers, influence the order in work force market, hinder the best distribution of human resource .At last ,it may play bad affect on the development of economy and advance of society .In a word , the labor contract law system that we study has many implications in theory and in practice .from those views, primary theories as well as concrete legal systems, the writer tries my best to research and suggest labor contract law .Limiting time and ability , it may look immaturity in my thesis .what the writer's aim is to do some contributions in the labor contract law system which has relation closely with every simply labor .
