Construction Of Invalid Marriage And Revocable Marriage System Of Damage Compensation

Family is an indispensable part of social life,good family life is related to the stability of the society,shoulder many important aspects of social functions,and the family is the basis of marriage.The human society has experienced many kinds of social forms from the ancient to the present,whether from the matriarchal society,the fishing and hunting society,the agricultural society,the industrial society,and the information society today.In every stage of the development of human history,in every inch of the world's vast land,any tribe or state,There is a rule about marriage which is a combination of men and women.This paper uses empirical research method,historical research method and comparative study method to analyze the defects of the system design.The full text is divided into four chapters.First,through the definition of the concept and legal basis of the invalid marriage and the revocable marriage,the paper analyzes the value of the invalid marriage and the revocable marriage system and the theory of the system of damages.Secondly,it analyzes the causes and puts forward the establishment and completion of the cause of the invalidity and revocable marriage damage compensation system in China.According to the provisions of the two legal systems of nullity and revocable marriage on damage compensation,through comparison and analysis,we find the legislative model and judicial practice experience which deserve our reference.Finally,it aims at the identification of invalid marriage and revocable marriage damage compensation,invalid marriage and revocable marriage.Some suggestions and suggestions on the establishment and improvement of the compensation for invalidity and revocable marriage damages are put forward.
