On The Generation Of Administrative Value

The generation of administrative value, as one of the most important researches in administrative philosophy study, is one way to percept the nature of administrative activities. Based on the abstract speculation of philosophy and laws of practical administrative activities, this paper undertakes a comprehensive analysis of the theory on the generation of administrative value, under the discussion of defining the meaning of administrative value, of analysizing its attributes, and of the conditions and mechanisms for generation. On this basis, this paper dissects the content and structures of generation in the manner of the ways and corresponding results on the lines of the process of western public administration for about a century, and holds the view that the value of western public administration experiencing the march of involvement from efficiency to justice and finally reaching service. Referred to the march of involvement of western administration value, this paper further explores the current situations, existing problems and tries to give corresponding advices and then looks forward for the rationalization on the generation of administrative value.
