The new generations of migrant workers have become the main force of the rural migrantworkers. At present, how can they face the reality when they being “not part of the city and at thesame time can not return to the village”. This is a realistic problem has to be confronted withduring the citizenization of migrant workers and a theoretical question must be explained. Thestudies on citizenization of migrant workers show that structuralism dissever from individualism.Specifically, some studies ignore the new phenomenon of citizenization of migrant workers suchas replacement of generation and differentiation of generation in the body of migrant workers. Andsome studies ignore differences of external structure and internal body initiative of thecitizenization of migrant workers, thus make previous research in urbanization for migrantworkers to some extent appear some static, one-sided.The new generation is a group of migrant workers is a body who has self consciousness andaction ability. They are actively exploring a way out of urbanization, from the big cities backflowto the small and medium-sized cities where are their registered permanent residence to find aformal employment or to start their own businesses on their accumulated basis, so as to achievethe purpose of urbanization. The author refers to this new phenomenon as migrant workers "returning" urbanization. This is the initiative exploring practice of the new generation peasant workersin the urbanization, so it’s external structural factor and its internal main body factor as well as theinteractive relationship between the two needs to be reviewed by the researcher. What needs to bestudied more is how the new generation of peasant workers adapts to external social structure andtakes advantage of internal main body factors to realize urbanization actively. Thus, this paperbased on the case study literature of the citizens of turn flow" urbanization of X County in G City,from structure theory perspective to explore main fields such as the admittance, employment orself-employment, children education, family and marriage maintaining to present the mechanismof the return-flow mode urbanization of the new generation peasant workers. The gap of objectiveliving difference and economic development between cities and rural areas is one of the important external structure tensions in the urbanization of the new generation peasant workers. Theyearning of city life, the willing to change their identities of peasants, and their personal abilitiesimprovement are internal driving force of urbanization of the new generation peasant workers.The distribution differences among the dominating system arrangement of external structure,deploying economic environment and the expressing pubic opinion provide space for urbanizationof the new generation peasant workers, they actively reflect and explore the feasible way tourbanization based on their own human capital, social capital and city adapting in citizenization.The turn flow citizenization of the new generation migrant workers is the result of theinteraction between the external structure factors and internal main body factors. The articleconstruct the action of the main body of the practice of "replace-into" the civilization path, thispath is not only beneficial to the new generation urbanization of farmer workers to the solution ofthe problem, and be helpful to the integration of urban and rural areas in the implementation of thestrategy.
