Examination System Of University Undergraduate Law Study

Examination, which plays an important role in education, is the most authoritative and basic evaluation tools. As a multi-element system, it has a variety of functions in higher education, such as evaluation, inspection, selection and incentives. Giving full play to advantages of these functions is an important way to achieve the education reform and, moreover, integral part of it. As for the legal education in reality, most examinations in college include a single standard and mechanical operation, which is far away from the proper functions. To a certain extent, the further reform of legal education is hindered. Therefore, viewing the issue from a functional perspective and thinking about the perfection of examination design will contribute to the promotion of professional education and learning of the law.This thesis firstly discuss the characteristics of the legal examination and then examine the status quo of China's legal examination system, analyzes the reasons of existing problems, finally make a comparative study on the advanced skills and system of the other countries, and make recommendations include changing the concepts, expanding the content and developing the mechanism so as to improve the legal examination system.
