This paper aims to study the dissolution system of contract in the Contract Law of China from theories and practice, with freedom of contract and contract justice as analysis angles of view, and argues the rationality of the contract dissolution system in jurisprudence. On the basis of inheriting and using the former research production, it is to find the viable road of perfecting the contract dissolution system in China. The fundamental content of this paper is:First, the author has introduced that contract dissolution research current situation in China, theory dispute focal point, and the author's basic concept.Second, the author has carried out a boundary on the important, fundamental concept relating that in this paper. And the author has been on the march to the relations between the arranging dissolution of contract and the freedom theory of contract , between the legal dissolution of contract and the contract justice theory respectively, for probing into the inherent value of dissolution system of contract.Third, inspect by the aid of the comparison method about the dissolution system of contract internationally, the author has commented overall the dissolution system of our now available contract. Then it is to find the viable road of perfecting the contract dissolution system in China ultimately.The theory category that it relates to is very broad. So, to study it wholly is beyond doubt very great. This is not the author's power. Owe to the limited wisdom, the author just hope to quest for the contract dissolution system with the application of jurisprudence through writing this paper which wishes to bait a piece of jade with a brick.
