After the"9·11"incident, there have been great changes and adjustments in American foreign policy. Anti-terrorism becomes the primary object of American foreign policy. Because of its special geo-position, Central Asia's importance towards America has been remarkably on the rise. Anti-terrorism, pushing the reform of Central Asian countries'politics and economy, and controlling the energy resources are three main objects of American foreign policy. In the excuse of anti-terrorism, America has successfully deployed its military troops in Central Asia. Through its policy on political, economy, security and so on, American influence has enlarged quickly."Color revolution"has made new changes in Central Asia, especially the"Adjeon Incident", the relations between America and Central Asian countries become serious. Russian influence emerges larger than before. America has to re-adjust its foreign policy on Central Asia and put forward"Greater Central Asia Partnership". However, it is only the provisional adjustment and has unknown effects. It is better for China to answer for the American challenges and protect its own interests in Central Asia, through analyzing American policy on Central Asia.
