From 1978 to 2004, Deng ZhengLai indicated a great progress has been made in thejurisprudence of China, including four different and conflicting theoretical models inChinese jurisprudence have been closely studied. The theoretical models are"Doctrine of Right Oriented", "Doctrine of Legal Provision", "Doctrine of LocalResources", and "Doctrine of Legal Culture".The thesis divides into three parts.Elaborating the development of western jurisprudential sociology, using theArchaeology of Knowledge method, and analyzing the relative works by Su Li, thethesis' first part pursuits the resource of Doctrine of Local Resources.Studying the remarks by the scholars especially Deng ZhengLai's analysis, the thesis'second part searches and remarks the theory roadmap of Su Li's Doctrine of LocalResources.Finally, the thesis responds to the Chinese Legal Ambition Prospect and Doctrine ofLocal Resources by analyzing the legal system, jurisprudence and legal profession inchina.
